Free retrofitting insights for professionals
If you provide energy-efficient solutions or are considering retrofitting training, this event is for you! It’s a great opportunity for suppliers, tradesmen, architects, and designers to see home energy solutions in action and learn how to integrate them into new and existing homes. The tours will concentrate on the technical aspects of retrofitting.
The Demo Homes are provided by The City of York Council, one of the founding members of the YorEnergy Partnership. Following the showcase events, the homes will be used to home council tenants who can benefit from the increased energy efficiency and comfort.
Vine street demo home
Vine Street is a Victorian terrace with an air source heat pump, internal insulation with natural materials, solar panels and solar battery storage system and MVHR ventilation system and floor insulation.
